- Maintain accurate records of all works carried out in properties.
- Manage engineers job apps.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services for properties.
- Issue invoices on job completion.
- Be familiar with Microsoft word, Excel and outlook.
- Book appointments with Tenants.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,093.00-£21,287.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
