Hours 9am -5pm (hybrid working)
- Generating sales ledger invoices and credit notes.
- Allocate receipts against ledger accounts.
- Credit control and debtor chasing
- Coding and posting invoices to the purchase ledger
- Cash book entry and reconciliation
- Matching receipts to card expenditure
- Preparation and posting of journals
- Scanning and filing of paperwork
- Experience in a similar role such as - Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Accounts Payable
- Good Excel knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus

Salary £29,500 + competitive company benefits
