The stunning **Wellington College** is a public school in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire, England and we are currently recruiting for a **C**a**tering** Supervisor**.
This role includes the preparation and serving of our various menus and ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. **What you’ll do**:
- To ensure all food service staff are working to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and procedures
- To undertake the monitoring of quality control systems e.g. temperatures, job sign off sheets
- To ensure all aspects of the preparation of food service areas and presentation of food is to the notified standard.
- To ensure all food service assistants attend the daily lunch briefing
- To implement cleaning schedules to agreed standards
- To ensure all food service assistants are in the correct uniform and promote a good company image
- To ensure the promotion of a good company image to customers and guests by using positive service practices
- Interacts with students in the serving, retail, and dining areas
**What you bring**:
- Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
- Basic food-handling skills
- Experience with working within team with supervisory experience

Package Description
- up to £13.00 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday's)
- 6.45am - 3.15pm
- Full uniform supplied
- Meals whilst on shift
- Annual leave April - March 20 days per calendar
