Job Introduction
The stunning **Wellington College** is a public school in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire, England and we are currently recruiting for a **C**a**fé** Supervisor** for our newly refurnished **V&A** **C**a**fé**. You will have a passion for leadership and work within our team offering high level customer service in a busy environment. **What you’ll do**:

- Support the Café Manager to Lead, engage and motivate team to meet and exceed expectations in all aspects of food and Barista service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build valuable long term relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.
- You will work effectively and professionally with others to always ensure the best level of customer service at all times

**What you bring**:

- Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
- Basic food-handling skills
- Experience with working within team with supervisory experience

Package Description
**Café **Supervisor**
- **up to £13.00 per hour**:

- **40 hours per week**:

- **Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday's)**:
