The Role

The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the successful preparation of campaigns, working with Specialists, Partners and Internal Stakeholders and supporting Campaign Managers to ensure individual client requirements are met and JCDecaux standards are adhered to. This role will be reporting to the Delivery Manager.

What you'll be doing

Responsibility for total Campaign Management for specified Clients, from initial enquiry to final posting instructions to Operations; resolving all queries that are associated with specified clients regardless of origination of query- Client Creation- Administration of Client Bookings- Account queries- Creative design allocation, production and posting instructions

Duties

Client Creation- Mapping correct brand names to relevant Clients/ Specialists and Agencies- Processing the Opportunity with CRM into the relevant Booking system within agreed time scales

Administration of Client Bookings- Validate booking requests against Client specification- Produce panel availability upon request as per Client specification- Enter Client Bookings onto booking systems ensuring that all targets are met.- Proactively recommend alternative solutions when Clients requirements cannot be met- Despatch site lists to clients on agreed time scales- Ensure that all Client Purchase Orders are received prior to in-charge and accurately reflect the booking confirmation; resolve any queries, where applicable, prior to in-charge- Complete a thorough pre-invoice check each week to ensure that all invoicing is correct in accordance with the booking- Ensure all accounting deadlines are adhered to- Produce relevant reporting in a timely manner as required by clients- Investigate and resolve all credit queries by pre-determined timescales- Manage any query regarding the client list regardless of the source

Management of Allocation of Design- Ensure that the production of the design is being administered in a timely manner, whether internally or externally- Ensure that posters are delivered to depots by pre-determined time scales, whether internally or externally- Ensure that Clients or Specialists advise of artwork design by pre-determined time scales- Create design within the relevant allocation system and upload creative at all times- Communicate in clear and precise terms for the posting instructions by agreed timescales

Skills & Qualifications
- Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages - especially inter-mediate Excel
- 2 years of office experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal; ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-starter; ability to prioritise; achieve deadlines; minimum supervision
- Confident approach to decision making
- Exceptional attention to detail
