**Role purpose**

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator works within the Global Marketing team and is a key day to day implementer and driver of our marketing campaigns. They will provide coordination planning, cross functional campaign implementation and reporting, and administrative support to the marketing function internationally.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Work collaboratively across the broader Aesop functions, including Product, Digital, Marketing Channels, Customer & Retail Experience, Creative, GDSI and Regional teams to drive campaign briefs, strategies, development and activations.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure projects are delivered at high quality, on time and to Aesop standards.
- Working very closely with Creative Project Management team to align on key dates and delivery timings for Marketing teams - Marketing Strategies, BAU and Optimisation Deliverables, Briefings etc.
- Project-manage all campaigns through Creative and other functions for flawless and on time delivery of campaigns, as well as internal launch activities and communications.
- Responsible for creation of each campaign’s Briefing Documents, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Launch Summary and coordination of Marketing and other functions for timely input from respective teams into the documents; Responsible for distribution of the documents to relevant teams and wider business as required.
- Overall driving of campaign solutions from assets to activations that consider all channel needs - ensuring global marketing channels are identifying opportunities that deliver on campaign objectives. The Campaign Coordinator will drive the channel / region to optimise the campaign with additional activations to support the launch.
- Support the Campaign Manager on campaigns’ mid and post-campaign performance reporting to wider business, the PCA (post-campaign analysis) report with insights from channels and regions for continuous campaign improvements.
- Other reporting includes, but is not limited to, supporting Campaign Manager on completing Quarterly and Annual reports and ad-hoc reporting for specific marketing queries.
- Ad hoc communication of the campaign stage, deadlines and alignment meetings, ensuring all parties are clear and aligned throughout the process.
- Play a central role in enabling global and regional campaign alignment, managing monthly meetings with regions to communicate updates, answer queries and drive optimised local activation, delivering on Campaigns’ objectives.
- Manage and lead the weekly Marketing meeting with the whole Global Marketing team for ongoing updates and necessary alignment on campaigns and projects.

This is a full time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.
