**The job?**

9am - 5pm

**What will the day-to-day look like?**
- Updating internal systems and databases.
- Supporting diary co-ordination, management of meeting facilities and minute taking.
- Process, monitor and retain records of colleagues’ expenses.
- Assisting with reception and facilities duties.
- Communication with colleagues across the firm.
- Support team members with logging time recording and billing.
- Adhere to the firm’s mandatory policies including Information Security standards.

**What qualities do I need to succeed?**
- Self-motivated, with the ability to use their initiative to get tasks done.
- Good at paying attention to details, and able to work quickly and accurately.
- Keen to use their excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong communicators, who can work well as part of a team.
