We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team. This role is working Monday to Friday and is an onsite position. Along with the internal recruitment team, the HR administrator collaborates closely with the HR business partners and their departments.
An administrator who is process-driven, proactive and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment is what we are seeking for. This position will oversee gathering and uploading all new employee documents, helping with meetings and events, and interacting with a range of company members. We require someone who is proficient in Excel, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys handling all administrative tasks.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Update, maintain and administer accurate HR records on our HR system, Oracle Fusion
- Create reports and analyse data to provide key insights for the people team and other stakeholders.
- Process new starters, leavers, and changes, ensuring our systems are kept up to date
- Manage the new starter process, ensuring security and reference checks are carried out and inductions are booked
- Support the Business Partners with coordinating Learning and Development across all business units, including arranging courses with providers, apprenticeships administration, diary invites and lunch arrangements where necessary
- Support with projects as required
- Support the HR team with arranging meetings in relation to sickness absence, including letter administration, diary management and minute taking. Maintain the data management of the sickness absence system, ensure the system is up to date, accurate and run regular reports.
- Consistently look for ways to improve and streamline our processes and procedures.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- To have at least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Coming from a HR or Recruitment administration background would be preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads
- Some travel between our two ports may be required
- No unspent criminal convictions
- Able to meet the safety critical medical and fitness requirements of the role which include but are not limited to, weight, height, blood pressure, hearing & certain food allergies
