Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK's leading flight case manufacturer.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls and outgoing correspondence in a polite and efficient manner.
- Handling & booking in customer equipment / returns.
- Order Processing.
- Digital Printing.
- Liaising with customers to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
- Data entry
- General administrative duties including filing as required.
- **Desirable Experience & Skills**:_
- Experience of working within an office environment or similar role
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.
- A motivated and versatile individual who is able to use own initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Be willing and able to learn new skills
In return we are offering 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and you will also accrue one additional days’ paid holiday for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days, pension scheme, on-site parking, staff discount and an Employee assistance program
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
