HR Administrator

Hutchinsons are a well established business, providing agricultural advice and product supply to growers across the country. We have over 500 colleagues based across the country, both in our network of depots as well as those who work remotely.
Due to continued growth of the business we are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join the team on either a full or part time basis. The role will include
- Chasing new starter and leaver documentation
- Maintaining training and qualification records
- Updating the HR system
- Pre-employment checks
- Recruitment administration
- Providing support to Payroll
- Dealing with incoming HR queries.
The role will suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally gained within HR, although we will consider someone with strong admin skills. You will be able to use your own initiative and be pro-active. You will enjoy working with others and be a confident communicator. Strong IT skills are essential to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
This role will be based in our Wisbech office and can be considered on a full or part-time basis, with minimum hours of 25 per week. A varied, busy and challenging role, this position offers huge scope and the opportunity to work for a complex, multi-site business.
