**Receptionist & Sales Office Administrator**

**Job Role**:Receptionist & Sales Office Administrator

**Reporting to**:Manufacturing and Operations Manager

**Working Hours**:8.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch**.**

**Location**:Based at Stocks Ag - Wisbech

**Job Description:

- **

Receptionist/Admin
- Receptionist duties as necessary
- Greeting and directing Customers and other visitors
- Greeting and directing suppliers and contractors
- Delivery and collection monitoring and access
- Taking and directing phone calls - An actual person answering the phone with the VOIP system picking up the overflow.
- Administrative support for Operations, Sales, Stores and Production departments (Working with Operations Manager, Sales office team, Production Foreman and Stores Manager).
- Health and Safety administration
- Other general admin as necessary

Sales Office Administration
- Processing Parts and Wholegoods Sales orders
- General administration for sales office staff
- Provide holiday and absence cover for sales Administration staff

**Key Skills:

- **
- Proficient in use of the Microsoft suite of programs
- A professional and helpful attitude
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good communication skills; articulate and able to communicate well with customers and colleagues
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAGE or other accounting software would be useful but is not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,268.61-£26,342.42 per year
