Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist to join our front of house and facilities team at Tydd St Giles Golf & Country Club.
The successful applicant would be expected to work weekends and public holidays and be available to cover the team for holiday and sickness.
Main responsibilities in this position are delivering excellent customer service whilst greeting guests, taking payments and making bookings.
- Front of house checking in / out of our guests, creating great holiday memories for families
- Liaising with park teams, to provide the best holiday experience for our guests
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries
- Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well
- Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers, ensuring you are aware of offers that are available to them
- Cash handling
- Processing payments
- To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required
- Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices
- Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times
Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software, previous experience of working in an office or receptionist role is desirable.
