Become the lynchpin for strategic relationships with a medical-grade skin-care brand as their Channel Partner Manager.

Reporting to the European Head of Market Access you’ll be responsible for the development of several international markets. This role will include frequent travelling to Europe, attending events, clinics, training, and time spent both in head office andworking from home.

This fast-paced role requires someone who is not afraid to be the change agent, drive commercial opportunities, and have experience with account management in the industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve business goals and targets, driving the change needed to maximise growth, ensuring regular reporting throughout
- Provide technical and clinical training - ensuring objectives are achieved
- Support distributors and their customer base effectively to implement clinical treatments and understand how to successfully retail products in their customers' clinics and help them to achieve their targets
- Build high-level relationships with customers to ensure the maximum level of revenue growth
- Work closely with key teams to ensure stakeholders are managed effectively and opportunities maximized ensuring the distributor and their customer base are
- Effectively facilitate internal account management teams
- Develop, drive, and support required internal projects
- Ensure the coordination of internal resources to service the needs of customer account plans including education, marketing assets, and campaigns
- Continually identify new business prospects

**Skills**
- Possess the financial and business acumen to build compelling account-growth plans.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Able to swiftly identify key stakeholders and decision-makers building strong working relationships as they go
- Previous experience providing training and account management within the skincare sector
- Qualified skin health therapist
