**Position Overview**:
As a Graduate Associate specializing in channel partners, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in managing a sales office. Your primary focus will be to support the channel partner team, learn about our offline marketing strategies, and gradually progress into a managerial role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the channel partner team to understand partner acquisition strategies and support partnership initiatives.
- Assist in the identification and onboarding of potential channel partners by conducting research and participating in outreach activities.
- Learn about the agency's offline campaign strategies, market trends, and best practices through training sessions and on-the-job learning.
- Shadow and support senior team members in partner negotiations, presentations, and sales activities.
- Analyze market data, prepare reports, and contribute insights to enhance partner engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, particularly in the marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and work effectively in a team.
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or involvement in extracurricular activities.
