**What will you be doing**:
The main aim of this role is to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, resulting in positive customer feedback and return custom.

Your roll will also include offering the Accounts department administrative assistance.

**Duties**:

- Monitoring, responding, and resolving customer queries on Social Media.
- Monitoring and responding to customer reviews across various platforms.
- Calling customers when they request a call back service, to answer their queries and resolve any issues.
- Ensure that all communications with customers are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
- Offering alternative solutions where appropriate, with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Dealing with transport companies to track deliveries, lost items and where appropriate, to complete claims.
- Any other Customer service related tasks.
- Answering and directing calls to the relevant departments.
- Assisting our Accounts Department with the imputing of data into our accounts system.
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by your Line Manager.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and aiming for excellence in delivery.
- Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, have high standards and be capable of multi-tasking.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- Confident in raising queries in order to optimise a good quality of service to our customers.
- Ability to be flexible with work duties.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous knowledge of the 4x4, Van, Pickup and Car market is desirable but not essential.
- Working experience of Ebay and Amazon is desirable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of an accounts package
