Receptionist

MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a dynamic family led business, who specialise in design, manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery for major construction and fit out projects. Due to ongoing team development, they are in search of **a Receptionist** to join their skilled team and be the welcoming face of the Company.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and offering refreshments.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner and forwarding to the appropriate department.
- Screen phone calls.
- Create & manage both digital & hard copy of call register.
- Arrange couriers.
- Handle outgoing mail.
- Maintain high standard of clean & tidy reception area.
- Attend Meetings to take Minutes.
- Fulfil administration duties for the Board of Directors.
**Essential Criteria**:
- At least 1 years experience in office environment.
- Good educational attainment including min GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English.
- Excellent IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative / adaptability under pressure.
- Ability to work proficiently both independently and as part of a hardworking team.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
