An opportunity has arisen within E McIntyre & Sons Ltd for a person to work as an Office Administrator / Receptionist, responsible for handling reception and admininstrator duties at our new offices in Upperlands.

E McIntyre was founded in 1958 and specialises in the import, sale and distribution of tools and equipment across the UK and Ireland, in large part through its own tool brand, Jefferson Professional Tools & Equipment. It is part of a group of companies together with MacGen Power Generation Ltd and Frenstar Valves Ltd.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this position involves the following duties:

- Answering telephone calls and redirecting to our internal departments and branches
- Handling all head office postage and stationary requirements
- Booking flights, hotels, car parking etc. for staff travel
- Dealing with warranty submissions to relevant suppliers
- Undertaking various ongoing and ad hoc spreadsheet analysis work
- Preferably previous experience working in reception or an office environment
- Excellent communication skills together with a friendly personality
- Good I.T. skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger accounts team
