### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team at HireIQ. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage banking duties, including reconciliations and processing customer payments
* Process sales ledger invoices, corporate credit card transactions, and payroll
* Assist with completion of management accounts
* Maintain accurate records and data entry

### Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in a busy accounts office/administrative position
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Sage/Xero or similar accounting software
* ATI Qualified (preference or qualified by experience)
