Responsibilities

  • Manage filing system and records of the business, including accounting software
  • Issue invoices, and follow up until paid
  • Manage incoming correspondence
  • Make VAT returns
  • Ensure supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Schedule work for various customers
  • Answer queries from suppliers
  • Update supplier prices
  • Schedule work for various customers
  • Deal with farm correspondence, including cattle records and other admin as required
  • Various other duties as required by Management

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs Grade C or above including Maths & English
  • Computer Literate
  • Minimum 12 months Office Experience
  • Competent in use of Sage book keeping
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience using Accounts software
  • Office management experience
  • Construction industry experience

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
