Customer Service Executive

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth? We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to lead our sales team and elevate our customer acquisition and retention strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a sales team
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
**Salary**: From £23,871.41 per year
