Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service experience
- Follow company policies and procedures to provide consistent service to customers
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £23,875.60 per year
