**The Company/Team**: This is a boutique mortgage brokerage, currently consisting of 13 people and growing. Our client advises on residential mortgages, but to lets, bridging loans, overseas mortgages, commercial mortgages and development finance, as well as life & protection business.

**The Role**:This Customer Service Executive role will see you dealing with new leads into the business via their website, reaching out to these new leads (there is no cold calling), booking an appointment for them to meet a Broker and setting that lead up on their CRM. You will also deal with inbound calls, help to improve/create more efficient processes, all the while providing a professional and personable service to HNW clients. Another important part of the role is supporting the Broker by keeping on top of the mortgage case pipeline (following up with the customer and external parties such as lenders, solicitors etc).

**Experience/Skills Required**: For the Customer Service Executive role, our client is looking for either telephone-based customer service experience or recent experience within Financial Services/Mortgages. You should thrive on providing first class customer service, be self-motivated and confident.
