**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to resolve issues and answer questions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist with sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,557.23 per year
