**Customer Service Executive - Permanent Role in Central London**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our client's team in Central London. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £26-28k per annum.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling all telephone enquiries from both prospective and existing customers.
- Responding to customers promptly and effectively, ensuring every interaction has a positive outcome.
- Managing all in-life processes, such as settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds, and cash reconciliations.
- Liaising with internal departments to assist with both in-life requests and customer queries.
- Maintaining up-to-date customer data.
- Identifying improvements and changes to enhance our customer service delivery.
- Ensuring the service provided aligns with our values.
**Competencies**:
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, professional customer service - experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good numerical skills and excellent attention to detail to support in-life processes such as customer settlements and repayment queries.
- Ability to listen and understand customer queries by asking the right questions and resolving them efficiently.
- Ability to work within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Experience with CRM systems or the ability to learn new system processes.
- Experience within the Finance industry or the ability to learn about the finance products offered.
- Ability to help create and write customer service procedures.
- Self-motivated with a passion for excelling.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
