Seabridge Primary School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join our office team in the role of Clerical Assistant. The successful applicant would work alongside and take direction from our Office Manager and would be required to start as soon as possible. Experience of working in a school office would be advantageous but is not essential.

**Main roles and responsibilities include**:

- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems.
- Undertake routine administrative procedures e.g. transport arrangements, catering arrangements, interview arrangements.
- Maintain and collate pupil reports.
- Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others.
- Provide basic first aid.

**Salary**:£20,812 - £21,190 (FTE), actual salary £10,514 - £10,704

**Type**:Fixed-Term Contract until 31/08/23; 21 hours per week; term time (38 weeks) plus 2 additional weeks.
