Adminastrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in resolving any office problems
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain an organised and tidy office environment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Data entry experience with accuracy and speed
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. Please note that this is not a remote position. The Administrative Assistant will be required to work on-site at our office location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
