The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail. You will need to have 6 months office or administrative experience, have a great telephone manner, be committed to providing fantastic customer service and be IT literate.

You will be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment and dealing with competing demands.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Answering and assisting with telephone queries
- Assisting HR & Rota scheduling team with admin tasks
- Daily Call monitoring checks
- Creating and maintaining client files and information
- Data entry/system maintenance
- Assisting management with queries
- Possibility of evening and weekend on call to support the existing team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,140.00-£20,087.00 per year
