I am working with a fabulous client in Newburn who are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic concierge to work at their main entrance desk in their busy Head Office.

A professional, friendly, and helpful manner is essential to the role alongside strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

The goal is to contribute to the overall high standard of customer service they give to ensure every guest to their office has a pleasant and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with travel team on a daily basis to have an arrival plan in place for each guest
- Allocate and maintain car parking visitor spots
- Greeting clients & visitors from Taxi / Car
- Checking in clients on arrival on True Potential Client portal via iPad
- I.T Contact for Reception and VIP Meetings
- Cloakroom Check in and Management
- Taxi Bookings
- Restaurant Bookings
- Act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Assisting in keeping the reception presentable to a high standard inclusive of:

- Reception Desk
- Client Lounge
- VIP Toilets
- All Meeting rooms
- Client & Staff Kitchens
- Assisting the Front of House Team with key reception duties including but not limited to the following:

- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Ordering stationary and office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ad hoc administration requests

- Well spoken i.e. no use of slang.

**- Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as concierge, experience in customer service or a relevant role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
