Due to large growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hobans. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, accommodating schedules between 7am and 6pm. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, booking work through our portal system, and assisting with various administrative tasks. **Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important information
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of medical or dental terminology is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
