**Tructyre** has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Specialist **to join our team in **Gateshead.** You will be joining on a **full time permanent basis **and in return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £20,700 per annum.

At **Tructyre**, our mission is to de-risk Britain’s fleets; Whether we are fitting new truck tyres, servicing existing ones, or attending rapid response incidents our Customer Experience Centre (CEC) are central to our UK network responding to our customer’s as and when they need us.

**About the Customer Service Specialist role**:
Our Customer Service Specialists handle a range of inbound calls to schedule Tyre and Wheel related repairs and services for our customers and their vehicles.

A typical day with the Customer Service specialist is few and far between with the role being a varied position handling the processing of invoices and liaising with customers and technical operations.

To support our continued commitment to achieving a healthy work life balance, we operate a shift pattern which allows you to see your shifts two months in advance. You can expect your shift pattern to cover hours between 8am and 8pm, with a requirement for you to work 2 weekends per month. You will receive your shift pattern 4 - 6 weeks in advance.

An example of what a shift pattern may look like once you are out of training:
Week 1 - 8-5pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun

Week 2 - 8-5pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat

Week 3 - 8 - 5pm Mon to Fri

Week 4 - 11 - 8pm Mon to Fri

**You will commence employment on Monday 23 January 2023.**

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for our customers and equally want to help our Customer Experience management team to create a fun and enjoyable place to work for our people.

You will be seeking a role that allows you to develop your skills and experience, many of our Leadership and management teams within the CEC started within a Customer Service specialist position.

**Your responsibilities as our Customer Service Specialist will include**:

- Taking inbound customer calls and talking to our network of depots, and third party providers to satisfy our customer’s requests (request for emergency breakdown support and planned service work)
- Managing a workload of invoices that require time sensitive processing to ensure we are invoicing our clients correctly and are able to collect payment for the work our Commercial Tyre Technicians have carried out
- Processing a range of invoices ensuring high levels of accuracy and employing a keen eye for detail to minimise issues and allow for seamless reconciliation
- Supporting Internal and External stakeholders in resolving key account queries to pro-actively tackle any financial issues and minimise errors
- Handling queries from our customers
