**Learner Engagement Officer**
This role is part of the Training team, engaging with potential suitable and eligible learners, maintaining referral records and liaising with external referral partners through social media channels.
Reports to Business Development Manager
Roles:
- Administer the promoting, improving and maintaining of information and adverts for Momentum courses through social media and Job Centre Plus;
- Manage the timely promotion of Momentum on social media and DWP platforms;
- Attend group sessions and other recruitment meetings with JCP and other learner engagement events as required;
- Support the Business Development Manager with meeting KPIs on learner engagement as well as managing personal KPIs;
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners, i.e. prime contractors, JCP, YMCA and Reed;
- Supporting Business Development Manager and delivery staff to promote job opportunities to learners;
- Monitor and report to the Business Development Manager, on a regular basis, on successful and unsuccessful applicants to inform recruitment processes;
- Work with the administration team to ensure that learners are successfully passed through to enrolment;
- Attendance at weekly team meetings;
- Other duties that may be required to support the successful completion of courses, such as invigilation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
