This is an exciting post which plays a key role supporting the Trust’s patient experience agenda.

The Patient Experience and Engagement Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for patient feedback and engagement activity across the Patient Experience team at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

Please note that this is a part time role at 0.6 WTE (22.5 hours per week).

To provide a comprehensive and effective administrative and clerical support across the Patient Experience and Engagement team, supporting with all aspects of patient feedback intelligence, including, but not limited to: the Friends and Family Test; the National Patient Survey Programme; the Trust’s programme of local surveys; the Trust’s Engagement Network; online sources of patient feedback data; and ad hoc requests.

To contribute to the delivery and development of the Trust’s Patient Experience and Engagement priorities.

To support Patient Feedback and Engagement activity across the team.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service and demonstrate STHs ‘PROUD’ values of People focused, Respect, Ownership, Unity, and Delivery.
