About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences by managing the end-to-end treatment process from initial consultation to completion.
  • Provide comprehensive support to patients throughout their treatment journey, including explaining treatment options and addressing concerns.
  • Record and monitor all private referrals to the practice, ensuring seamless communication with clinicians and patients.
  • Manage diary appointments and treatment schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians, including writing treatment plan letters and following up on outstanding referrals.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote and highlight our extensive range of private and specialist dental treatments, engaging with patients and clinicians to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in diary management and appointment scheduling, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator is desirable, but not essential.
