**Skills Training UK **have an exciting opportunity for a **Learner Recruitment Officer **to join our team based in **TBC. **You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a** competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.**

**The Learner Recruitment Officer role**:
You will be responsible for recruiting NEET young people aged 16-24 for our Traineeships and Study Programmes. These programmes can include the following:
- Engineering and Warehousing
- Health and Social Care
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- ICT
- Essential Digital Skills
- Management
- Team Leading
This role will require someone who can work at a very fast pace. You will need to be someone who enjoys multi-tasking as your responsibilities will vary. From developing relationships with appropriate agencies such as JCPs, Connexions, Local Authority, Schools, Colleges to actively recruiting and supporting new learners during the induction process where needed. This role will suit someone who is prepared to go above and beyond to reach out and help these learners. Excellent communication skills are a must
**What we’re looking for in our Learner Recruitment Officer**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of working with young people in terms of assisting them find employment
- Working with employment targeted agencies such as JCPs, Connexions, Local Authority, Schools and Colleges
- Recruitment experience within the education sector (preferably AEB)
- Relevant industry experience, which may include Sales (meeting company set targets)
- Level 2 (e.g., GCSE or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths
