Job title - Admin Officer

Responsible to - Admin Manager

Location - Sheffield, S9 1GD

Purpose of Role - To quality check and process learner paperwork andensure financial monthly claims to funders are maximised and timely. To ensure that data held is compliant with funding rules to gain successful audit outcomes. To support in ensuring Portland Training acts in accordance with GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:

- To quality check and process learner paperwork timely to meet deadlines for funded programmes.
- Ensure financial monthly claims to funders are maximised and timely.
- Ensure data held is accurate and compliant with funding rules to gain successful audit outcomes including (but not limited to) The ESFA, ESF and Ofsted.
- Process relevant information with Awarding Organisations to ensure timely and accurate certification.
- Ensure learner files are upkept and stored, to support in ensuring Portland Training acts in accordance with GDPR.
- To support in ensuring all business processes are followed and compliance and quality is maintained throughout.

Skills Required
- Clear and accurate communication skills
- Accuracy of data inputting
- Experience and understanding of Microsoft packages with a focus on Word and Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
- Knowledge and understanding of ESFA and ESF funding rules (Desirable)

**Qualifications**:

- Business Administration (Desirable)
- GDPR (Desirable)
- Maths and English and Digital Skills

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
