Learner Development Programme Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Learner Development Programme. As a Learner Development Programme Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging programmes of personal development activities and events for our College learners.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our learners and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding education and training.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive programme of personal development and physical health activities available to all learners.
  2. Working closely with learners to explore key topics and themes, including physical health, wellbeing, and all-round personal development.
  3. Organising, coordinating, and delivering events that develop essential life skills, personal wellbeing, and promote active lifestyles through sports and physical activities.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of working within an educational environment, ideally within a Further Education/Post-16 environment.
  • Event management skills by planning and executing a wide range of activities, workshops, and events.
  • Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent, and experience in facilitating events.
Our Benefits
  • Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 per annum + benefits
  • Access to local government pensions scheme.
  • Up to 44 days annual leave per year, including closure during the Christmas period.
