Learner Support Coach Role

We are seeking a qualified Learner Support Coach to join our team at the National Skills Agency. As a coach, you will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their educational goals. You will work closely with learners to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and develop personalized plans to help them overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with learners of varying skill levels. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments and diagnostics to understand learner starting points;
• Developing and implementing individualized learning plans;
• Providing one-on-one coaching and support to learners;
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies;
• Monitoring learner progress and adjusting instruction as needed;
• Maintaining accurate records of learner attendance and performance;
• Providing regular feedback to learners and stakeholders;
• Staying up-to-date with relevant industry developments and best practices;
