**NSG Environmental Ltd has been delivering work programmes in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. Traditionally in the areas of decommissioning and waste management, NSG now has a broad customer base and provides a wide spectrum of services across the nuclear project lifecycle, ranging from expert consultancy support, R&D and engineering design to rekit and refurbishment, site installation services and high-hazard physical decommissioning works, amongst others. This work is delivered at NSG’s own offices and purpose-built facilities and nuclear sites across the UK. The delivery and management of these projects and programmes of work is carried out by a skilled workforce composed of both white-collar and blue-collar personnel in technical, administrative, and physical roles.

**The Role**
**Working as a member of the NSG Commercial Team, and having specific responsibility for;
- Providing support to the Commercial and Legal Teams.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- GCSE (at grade C or above) in Maths and English or equivalent
- Has experience of dealing with confidential and commercial information
- Routine recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical
- Familiar with structuring and presentation of own work
- Competent user of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
**Key Objectives**
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Support the Commercial Manager and Legal Counsel in administrative tasks associated with managing framework agreements and other contractual documentation.
- Maintain a database of executed contracts and monitor key dates such as rate uplifts, renewal and termination dates.
- Respond to client or internal colleague enquiries and action as necessary.
- Attend and minute meetings as required by the Commercial Manager.
- Provide support to the Commercial Manager in pulling together data to support client information requests and audits.
- Provide support to the Commercial Manager and Framework Managers for calculation of rates and rate uplifts throughout the year, including monitoring when these are due and ensuring they are completed on time.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to support contract negotiations and ensure any comments are returned and monitored in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements when dealing with legal documents through tender periods, contract negotiation and contract signing.
- Responsible for tracking the status of contracts and other legal documentation to ensure reviews are undertaken in a timely manner and efficiently by the legal team.
- Manage and control legal documentation going out to clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- With the support of Legal Counsel assist with drafting, reviewing and finalising contracts for signature.
- Prepare documents for signature and manage the process to ensure the timely signing of contracts and other legal documentation via Adobe Sign in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Ensure contracts and other legal documentation are filed appropriately.
