Commercial Support Administrator

This is a key role within the business, acting as a point of contact between the business functions and our customer base, the Commercial Support Team will be multi-disciplined, working from a single mailbox and direct dial.

This is a key and evolving role within the business, with the team driving efficiency, consistency, and simplicity into our customer relationships. This role requires a person who can uphold our commitment to providing excellent customer service both within the business and to our customers.

Job Profile
- Bespoke reporting for both the business and external customers on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Acting as a point of escalation for wider business queries.
- To communicate positively and enthusiastically about Speed Medical’s service with our customers.
- To engage and interact with management in relation to new and emerging opportunities in the market.
- Commercial negotiation with our customers and key stake holders.
- Due diligence to ensure all customers hold relevant registrations and accreditations.
- Work across several platforms to maintain system databases and reporting.
- Managing the transition of new customers into the business.
- Managing inactive customer accounts, placing individual cases on hold and managing the process to ensure safeguarding for the business.
- Following up on internal campaigns to capture and nurture new business.
- Updating all departments on contractual changes with customers.
- Improving the overall customer relationship.

Key skills required
- Computer literate, including good knowledge of excel.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to analyse and sense check data.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative, as well as being an enthusiastic team player.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- First class interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, customers, and team members verbally and in writing.
- Ethical, focused on treating customers with honestly and transparency.
- Courteous yet assertive.
- Respect for customer and business confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
