**Key Responsibilities**:

- Note taking
- Diary management
- Maintain the electronic Personnel files
- Payroll data input
- Inductions for new starters
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
- Handling confidential information
- Update procedures/processes.
- Any other administration requirements (filing, photocopying, assisting the HR Advisor in the day to day running of business).

**Skills Required**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and takes ownership.
- Excellent organisation skills - planning/organised and efficient.
- To be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities/deadlines.
- Full driving licence and have the flexibility to travel.

**Salary**: £23,660.00 per year
