Customer Reference Specialist, London
- As part of AVEVA's Brand and Corporate Communication team, the Customer Reference Manager will have responsibility for supporting the analyst relations and customer reference programs. This person will work closely with cross-functional groups to support customer advocacy and advance AVEVA's position as the platform that organizations trust to drive digital transformation and support innovation._
- In this role you will support proactive and reactive programs with key analysts that result in favourable research mentions and rankings and support the ongoing development of the customer reference program._
- Responsibilities_
- Support the planning and delivery of the successful customer reference program by taking on the management of the customer reference database and processes to drive deeper optimizations.
- With the support of the customer reference manager, drive the development of selected customer stories, including written case studies and supporting the planning and management of video case studies.
- Working with the customer reference manager, attend and manage customer engagement planning, including working on the research and development of selected customer stories, working closely with the portfolio and industry marketers.
- Manage the ongoing development of the customer reference program with particularly responsibility for interlocks with the Schneider Electric customer reference database team, keeping abreast of the joint customer and deal story pipeline, aligned to our global messaging priorities such as sustainability, cloud etc.
- From time to time, supporting the development and capture of customer references on site or in the field, as determined by the customer reference manager. This may include helping with the capture of customer references at regional and global events.
- Engage with regional and global employee communications to help share and disseminate key stories and build AVEVA’s position with important stakeholder groups, ensuring that messaging is regularly shared in Pulse etc with the support of the customer reference manager.
- Ability to build strong relationships in a global working environment while collaborating effectively with all cross-organizational functions
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
- Time management skills to effectively execute on multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
- Open to business travel on occasion
- Skills & Qualifications_
- Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, communications, technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in an analyst relations role with additional experience across communications and/or marketing, ideally with another global technology/SaaS company
- Experience with a software technology vendor preferred, if possible
