**Location and Scope**

**London area preferred (hybrid working).**

We are a distributed team using a hybrid working model. Other UK locations outside the London area may be considered.

This is a full time, permanent position.

**Role and Responsibilities**

**We are looking for a Finnish speaking, self-starter, detail conscious, and collaborative Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Global Operations to**:

- **Manage project requests** for our large, global clients including:
(1) Supporting the Hintsa Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers in project and programme delivery: coordinating external and internal stakeholders and teams, setting up and overseeing project management tools, responding to client requests and other customer support, assisting with events and other running errands, client meetings, surveys, reporting etc.

(2) Supporting individual coaching programmes and coaches with e.g., coach onboarding to tools, ordering specialist services, wearables, etc.
- Work with the broader operations team in assisting to build world-class delivery capabilities globally.
- Work with the tech team to assist in **digitalising manual processes.**:

- Handle **client invoicing and finances**, for both our Corporate and Sports businesses, including related customer support.
- This is a role with **development opportunities** so we are looking for someone who is interested in growing their experience over the long-term.

**Experience and qualifications**

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- You have **5 years of prior work experience** with similar tasks (e.g., project assistant/associate, customer support, operations assistant, operations co-ordinator etc), preferably in an international context.
- You have the ability to manage **complexity** and juggle many competing priorities.
- You are **practical** - you like to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- You speak **Finnish at a native** **level, and English to a near native or native level**, preferably with experience from truly global teams - you will be expected to work on client engagements from the Nordics, UK and Central Europe to the Middle East and Asia.
- You have a **bias for action** - a process does not work if it is only captured on paper. You will implement, review, demonstrate self-starting initiative and suggest changes to processes where needed.
- You have a superhuman level of **attention to detail**, including the ability to see and deliver Hintsa-level quality.
- You are **experienced working with finance teams and invoicing** and providing input into day-to-day finance processes.
- You are a **self-starter, yet a collaborative team-player** who thrives working with a broad range of people and groups from around the world.
- You understand that **great customer service** is about efficiency, quality, and human-centricity - in a suitable balance.
- You feel **passionate about health and well-being.**:

- **Minimum education to university degree level **(e.g., Bachelor in business, science, communications or similar).
