Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist at Dear Coffee, located in London with flexibility for remote work. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The role also involves building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Interpersonal Skills, including communication and relationship building
  • Analytical Skills, including problem solving and decision making
  • Customer Satisfaction and retention skills
  • Degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
