The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The role also involves building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

- Customer Satisfaction and retention skills
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
