Become a part of our Customer Support team in London where we empower our clients to use the full potential of our software and services to take greater climate action.
- You will help a variety of amazing small to medium sized clients begin their climate action journey: measuring, reducing and offsetting their carbon footprint
- You will receive training on, and will be able to, help answer questions around carbon offset projects, measuring and reducing carbon emissions
- You will handle incoming customer queries effectively and with the support of our awesome customer support team (around 5-10 inquiries per day)
- You will take part in our brainstorming sessions around improving the material and resources we give to clients to help them have as much climate impact as possible
- You will maintain all customer data in our CRM system
- You will take part in our team strategy and have a say in the direction of our services and team

**Who you are**:

- You are incredibly passionate about sustainability, climate change and want to do your bit to address the climate emergency
- You have at least one year of work experience in a customer service role (e.g. call centre or service desk) - we are open to all educational backgrounds and fields of study
- You have a growth mindset and want to learn and grow at ClimatePartner
- You enjoy working with a variety of people, both in writing and on video calls
- You have great communication skills, handling difficult stakeholders with professionalism and pragmatism
- You have experience working with a CRM system and are computer-literate
- Your English language skills (written and verbal) are at a native level

ClimatePartner supports companies in climate action: With our solution combining software and consulting, we support our clients in making a contribution to climate action and anchoring it in their strategy. Companies calculate carbon footprints for them or their products, set reduction targets, implement reductions, finance climate projects and are supported by ClimatePartner through to the communication of their climate action commitment. These five steps can be transparently tracked with the label ClimatePartner certified and the corresponding climate-ID page. Where these requirements cannot yet be met, we provide the opportunity to contribute to financing climate projects.
