Job Description

Customer Support & Implementation:

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • CTRM customer support – react to customers issues, liaise with Devs to resolve
  • Understand and document client requirements.
  • Configure and implement our CTRM platform successfully for clients.
  • Implement the core product functionality, using the data model, mappings, integrations with trading platforms, file imports and reporting features.
  • Raise change requests for platform enhancements with clearly defined requirements.
  • Facilitate and ensure user acceptance.
  • Carry out training for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients when required.

Requirements:

  • Commodities background with experience of trading operations
  • Good understanding of the day-to-day operation of traders
  • Good understanding of TT, CME, and Web Ice platforms
  • Experience working with trading platforms feeds, brokers, pricing etc.
  • Knowledge of derivatives, spreads, options & futures
  • Able to work with advanced software packages, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of data feeds, file import, mappings.
