Mayfair is building out its customer support team. Ideal candidates are problem solvers with experience in providing customer support in financial products. This is a unique opportunity to help build a customer service culture from the ground up, so leadership experience in customer service settings is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering world-class customer service that delights users by capably responding to inquiries and concernsover phone, chat, and email
  • Documenting customer information with precision and confidentiality
  • Building meaningful relationships and providing personalized service with customers through deep understanding of their businesses and needs
  • Enabling our customers to get the most from our online platform and product
  • Meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals while complying with all regulatory requirements
  • Managing other related activities, such as complaints and escalations
  • Identifying and driving improvements to internal processes, measurement tools, and customer service culture
You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have a bachelor's degree or at least three years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., banking, investment)
  • Are a relationship builderwith a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Have strong customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate situations
  • Are self-confident, optimistic, and supportive in a team environment
  • Are critical, analytical, and enjoy thinking two steps ahead when problem solving
  • Possess exceptional time management, organizational, and active listening skills
You might also:
  • Have a background in banking or investment/a familiarity with banking and investment principles
  • Have experience working with business owners/founders of companies
