Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support & Implementation:
Your key responsibilities will be:
- CTRM customer support – react to customers issues, liaise with Devs to resolve
- Understand and document client requirements.
- Configure and implement our CTRM platform successfully for clients.
- Implement the core product functionality, using the data model, mappings, integrations with trading platforms, file imports and reporting features.
- Raise change requests for platform enhancements with clearly defined requirements.
- Facilitate and ensure user acceptance.
- Carry out training for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support to clients when required.
Requirements:
- Commodities background with experience of trading operations
- Good understanding of the day-to-day operation of traders
- Good understanding of TT, CME, and Web Ice platforms
- Experience working with trading platforms feeds, brokers, pricing etc.
- Knowledge of derivatives, spreads, options & futures
- Able to work with advanced software packages, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of data feeds, file import, mappings.
