Location: Central London, Hybrid Working

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Our client, a leading company in the financial sector, is seeking a dedicated Banking Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic Savings Operations team. As a Banking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience through various communication channels._

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolutions
- Provide best-in-class service to customers, demonstrating empathy and patience
- De-escalate dissatisfied customers, offering support and assistance
- Log complaints and manage summary resolutions
- Provide overflow support to the admin team during peak periods
- Maintain high-quality data in the origination system for accurate reporting

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
