End of Lease Administrator

- **Duties**_
- Maintain and update spreadsheets on lease agreements and related documents
- Liaising with third parties’ customers to arrange collection of their end of lease equipment
- Liaise with external leasing companies, updating them of the collection progress
- Assist with lease administration tasks such as invoicing, filing, and processing card payments
- Conduct regular audits of lease data to identify discrepancies or errors
- Maintaining records on Sage 50 Accounts and liaising with transport departments once payments have been received
- **Skills**_
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell additional services or products
- Familiarity with Sage 50 Accounts is preferred but not essential
As a Lease Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lease administration processes. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to maintaining accurate lease data and supporting the overall success of the leasing team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and provide excellent customer service to end of lease customers. You will need a confident telephone manner as you will be contacting external customers on a daily basis including chasing payments.
