**Team description**
Client Services is a fast-paced environment dealing with a large volume of various queries from multiple entities in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.

**Description of role and key responsibilities**
- The efficient management of inbound customer account queries
- Good written and verbal communication skills including complaint handling
- Good time management skills/ability to multitask
- Prioritise accordingly to work within department SLA's

**Core skills and knowledge**
- To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly (compulsory)
- Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to role (compulsory)
- Coaching & Assessment (compulsory for Managers and Supervisors)

**Technical knowledge**
- Understanding of lease and asset finance
- AML/KYC requirements
- Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and other regulatory requirements

**Skills and how they are applied**
- Analytical skills
- Client focus

**Negotiation and decision making**
- Ability to negotiate the best outcome and make decisions

**Relationship management and communication**
- Ability to identify, build and maintain strong relationships and communicate with key interfaces
